The Anuva Engineering Handbook is the operating manual for how Anuva engineering work is planned, delegated, implemented, verified, documented, and published with Codex.

This first version is intentionally a skeleton. It establishes the navigable structure, core registries, and first-draft workflows that future handbook work can expand.
