Product Roadmap

The product roadmap is maintained at the product level before work is split into repository-scoped Linear issues. Roadmap items should link to the parent Linear change, Product Main change docs, ADRs when needed, and release notes when delivered.

Roadmap Rules

• Keep roadmap entries product-facing.
• Link implementation issues to the repository that owns them in Linear.
• Capture cross-repository sequencing before implementation begins.
• Move completed roadmap work into release notes and change history.
